Frank-Kelbie ltd are a Dundee scrap metal merchant who specialise in recycling all kinds of mainly non-ferrous scrap metals, stainless steel and cables.

The company first opened in Dundee in 1946 and is the longest running, local family owned scrap merchant in the city. Frank Kelbie Ltd can still be found at the site in Milnbank Road. Now into the fourth generation of the family, we strive to provide jobs for individuals from the local area.

In recent years, the company has installed a range of handling and processing equipment including a McIntyre Bigfoot metal baler, and a modern electronic weighbridge. You can be sure that we have all the necessary tools for any job!

We buy scrap metal in amounts ranging from a few kilos worth, up to large amounts from factories, demolition companies, engineers, slaters, electricians, plumbers and other scrap metal merchants.

Frank Kelbie Ltd deals in all scrap metals ranging from copper, brass, lead, stainless steel, cables, light iron, cast iron and aluminium. When the metals arrive at the yard they are carefully graded and processed before being sold on to consumers.

We have a fleet of vehicles, which allows us to offer a free skip, roll on-off container and flatbed truck uplift service, as well as a tipper service to our customers.
